Who it's for
Built for hospitals where the phone never stops
We would rather tell you now if Setu26 is not a good fit than after a pilot. Here is where it works well today.
A good fit today
Multispecialty clinics and polyclinics
Three to fifteen doctors with set OPD timings, where patients phone to ask who is available and to book.
Small and medium private hospitals
Owner-run hospitals with a busy OPD and a reception desk that cannot keep up with calls at peak hours or after closing.
High-demand single specialties
Paediatrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology and similar practices where booking calls are the bulk of phone traffic.
Hospitals serving regional-language patients
Especially in Karnataka and Maharashtra, where many callers would rather speak Kannada or Marathi than English.
Signs Setu26 will help you
- Patients say they could not get through on the phone
- Your receptionist spends much of the day answering the same questions
- Calls after OPD hours go unanswered
- Appointments live on paper, a register or a spreadsheet
- Doctors' leave and schedule changes cause clashes
- Staff struggle with callers who speak a different language
Not a good fit yet
Setu26 is young. These hospitals will be better served once integrations and certifications that do not exist today are in place.
- Large hospitals that require bookings inside an existing hospital information system. Setu26 keeps its own appointment schedule. Connecting to your existing software is planned, not available.
- Organisations that require formal security certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 before a pilot. We do not hold these certifications today. Our security page explains the measures we do have.
- Telemedicine, triage or clinical advice. Setu26 books appointments and answers administrative questions. It does not give medical advice and is not designed to.
- Languages beyond Kannada, Marathi, Hindi and English. Other Indian languages are not supported yet.
