During OPD hours the line is engaged while staff handle the queue in front of them. After hours nobody picks up. The same questions about timings, fees and which doctor sits on which day come in all day, often in a language your staff are not comfortable in. Hands off when it should

When a caller needs a person, an emergency is mentioned or a booking cannot be completed, Setu26 transfers the call or records a callback for your staff, with the reason, instead of making a promise it cannot keep.
