Solutions
Start with the phone. Add the rest when you need it.
Most hospitals begin with the phone receptionist and the appointment schedule behind it. Token queues, the patient app and doctors' calendars are modules you switch on when they help, and you pay for what you use.
The core: answering and booking
Phone receptionist
AvailableCalls go unanswered when the desk is busy or closed.
Answers in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi or English, including callers who mix languages. Handles appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellation, and common questions answered from facts you control: OPD timings, which doctor sits when, fees, directions.
When a caller mentions an emergency, Setu26 gives your emergency instructions straight away. It never gives medical advice.
Appointments and schedules
AvailableDouble bookings and confusion about who is free when.
One schedule per doctor with shifts, leave and visit lengths. The phone, your desk and the patient app all book against it, and the system guarantees a slot can be given only once, even when two people try at the same moment.
Callbacks and handoff
AvailableAI that guesses, or promises what it cannot do.
If a booking cannot be completed, a caller asks for a person, or something is outside what Setu26 should handle, it transfers the call to your desk or records a callback with the reason and the caller's number. Your staff see a clear list of what is waiting.
Hospital dashboard
AvailableNo visibility into what happens on the phone.
Every call with its recording, transcript, summary and outcome. Appointments, the day calendar by doctor, callbacks, patients and simple reports on calls answered and bookings made. Staff accounts with roles, so a receptionist sees what a receptionist needs.
Modules you can add
Doctors' own calendars
In pilotDoctors want their schedule on their phone.
Connect a doctor's Google Calendar or Outlook. Bookings appear there with the patient's name and visit type, and the doctor's personal events block those times for patients. Only the times of personal events are read, never their details.
Token queue
Optional moduleCrowded waiting areas and unclear turns.
Numbered tokens per doctor and session, with a limit, a share kept for walk-ins, a board for the desk and a waiting-room screen. Patients can also take a token from the app.
Swasthya patient app
Optional modulePatients want to book and keep their reports in one place.
An Android app in English, Hindi, Kannada and Marathi for booking, tokens and records shared by your hospital. It uses the same schedule as the phone and the desk.
One schedule behind every channel
The phone receptionist, your staff and the patient app read and write the same appointment record. That is what lets Setu26 book with confidence rather than take a message: when a time is taken anywhere, it is gone everywhere.

See it with your own schedule
In a 30-minute call we set up two of your doctors in a test hospital and you phone it yourself, in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi or English.
