Pricing and pilot

Simple monthly pricing, set with our first hospitals

One monthly subscription that includes a calling allowance, with optional modules on top. We are finalising prices with our pilot hospitals, so we quote after a short call instead of publishing a list.

How pricing works

Monthly subscription

The phone receptionist, appointment schedules, callbacks, the hospital dashboard and staff accounts, with a monthly calling allowance included.

Calling beyond the allowance

Charged at a rate agreed in advance, visible in your dashboard as it accrues. Larger call volumes get a lower rate.

Optional modules

Token queue, the Swasthya patient app, doctors' calendar sync, WhatsApp messages and extra phone numbers or locations, switched on only if you want them.

Founding hospital pilot

A 60-day pilot, measured on your own calls

We are working closely with a small number of hospitals. A pilot is a real deployment on your phone line with a clear goal agreed at the start, and an honest review at the end.

What the pilot includes

  • Setup of your doctors, timings and hospital facts with you, in a working session
  • The phone receptionist on the calls you choose: after hours, overflow, or all calls
  • The hospital dashboard for your reception and administrators
  • A test week with your staff before patients are involved
  • Direct support from the founder, with a fallback to your desk at all times
  • A review at 30 and 60 days on calls answered, bookings made and callbacks closed

What we ask of you

  • A person at the hospital who owns the pilot and can answer questions within a day
  • Doctors' schedules kept up to date, including leave
  • A rough count of daily calls before we start, so we can measure the difference
  • A fixed pilot fee agreed in writing beforehand, credited towards the first year if you continue
  • Honest feedback, including what does not work

At the end of 60 days you decide to continue on a monthly plan, or stop and take your data with you. Ask about a pilot

Questions about pricing

Why is there no price list here yet?
We are setting prices with our first pilot hospitals, based on what calls actually cost and the value they see. Rather than publish numbers we may change, we quote clearly after a short call: one monthly fee, what it includes and what extra calls cost, before you commit to anything.
What does the price depend on?
Mainly how many calls Setu26 handles each month, then the number of doctors and locations and the modules you switch on. Calls are the biggest cost for us too, so a clinic with a few calls a day pays far less than a hospital with hundreds.
Is there a setup fee?
Setting up doctors, timings and your hospital's facts takes a working session with us. For pilot hospitals there is no separate setup fee.
Do you charge per call or per minute?
The subscription includes a monthly calling allowance. If you go beyond it, extra calling is charged at a rate agreed in advance and shown in your dashboard as it accrues, never as a surprise.
Is GST included?
Prices are quoted excluding GST, which is shown separately on every quote and invoice.
Can we stop?
Yes. A pilot can end at any time, and you keep your appointment data: we can export it for you.
