We describe Setu26 as accurately as we can and mark capabilities that are in pilot, optional or planned. Descriptions are general information, not a commitment to deliver a particular feature or result; what a hospital receives is set out in its agreement.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website or in the Setu26 service is medical advice. Setu26 helps hospitals answer calls and manage appointments. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, submit false enquiries or send other people's personal information through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the Setu26 name and logo, and the screens shown are owned by Setu26. You may share links to our pages.

5. Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Setu26 is not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gadag, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
