About Setu26
A bridge between patients and the hospitals that care for them
Setu means bridge. We build the connection a patient needs to reach their hospital, by phone or by app, in the language they think in, at any hour, without being left on hold.
Why we exist
For most patients in India, care still begins with a phone call. When the line is engaged, nobody answers after hours, or the person who picks up does not speak their language, that call can end without an appointment, and the patient may go elsewhere or not go at all.
Hospitals know this. Their front desks are doing their best with a queue in front of them and the phone ringing behind them. They do not need another complicated system. They need the phone answered properly and a schedule they can trust.
What we believe
Answer every patient in their language
Kannada, Marathi, Hindi and English first, because a patient who has to switch languages to book a visit has already been let down.
Book, do not just talk
An AI that chats but cannot confirm a real appointment adds work. Setu26 books into the same schedule your staff use, or hands over honestly.
Support staff, do not replace judgement
Setu26 takes the repetitive calls so your team can care for the people in front of them. Anything that needs a person goes to a person.
Earn trust with evidence
We say what is ready and what is not, measure results on a hospital's own calls, and never claim outcomes we have not shown.
Where we are
Setu26 is an early-stage company, built by a founder who designs, builds and supports the product directly. The phone receptionist, appointment engine and hospital dashboard work end to end in our test hospital, and we are now looking for our first pilot hospitals in Karnataka and Maharashtra.
Our ambition is larger: one connected way for patients to reach any hospital and for hospitals to see every request, whether it arrives by phone, app or at the desk. We will get there one hospital at a time, starting with doing the first job very well.
